Vasim Circus Space in Nijmegen zoekt een Coördinator Aanbod & Productontwikkeling Freelance 4 uur p/w (met mogelijkheid op uitbreiding in de toekomst)
Wij zoeken iemand met hart voor de Vasim Circus Space, die de Vasim Circus Space kent en graag wil bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling naar een professionele en bestendige organisatie. Dit doe je door aanbod en producten te ontwikkelen en de vrijwilligers te coördineren die hier aan bijdragen. Je denkt mee over de verschillende producten van de Vasim Circus Space en hoe deze in de markt kunnen worden gezet. Je stelt targets voor gewenst bereik en werkt samen met team communicatie en partners van de Vasim Circus Space in het bereiken van de juiste doelgroep. Je zorgt daarbij voor actieve acquisitie en goed klantcontact. De kwaliteit van de producten is door jou geborgd door een heldere structuur en duidelijke communicatie .
Wil jij circus bekend maken bij bedrijven, scholen of sociaal werk? Wil je zorgen voor prikkelende inspirerende producten? Kun jij hiervoor samenwerken met de juiste partners en de juiste klanten aanspreken? Kun je de community betrekken bij het ontwikkelen van deze producten? Zie je waar er kansen liggen in de markt voor de Vasim Circus Space en weet jij deze te benutten?
De rol:
- Je ontwikkelt prikkelende en inspirerende producten met circus in de hoofdrol.
- Je geeft sturing aan een groep vrijwilligers voor het organiseren van de ontwikkelde producten.
- Je haalt informatie uit de community en bij partners in het ontwikkelen van de producten.
- Je stelt targets voor het gewenste bereik van de producten van de Vasim Circus Space.
- Je werkt samen met de coördinator Administratie en Communicatie in klantbinding en financiële afwikkeling.
- Je maakt zelfstandig beslissingen.
- Je verwerkt feedback van klanten om de producten te verbeteren.
Jouw vaardigheden/eigenschappen:
- Je bent betrokken bij de Vasim Circus Space en wil je voor langere tijd verbinden aan deze rol.
- Je hebt gevoel voor productontwikkeling en klantbinding. Je snapt hoe productontwikkeling kan bijdragen aan een gezonde organisatie.
- Je bent sturend in de ontwikkeling van het aanbod en producten en ziet waar kansen liggen.
- Je snapt hoe je workflows kunt inrichten om processen gemakkelijker te maken.
- Je bent goed in overzicht houden, plannen en afmaken.
- Je krijgt er energie van om vrijwilligers te enthousiasmeren en te faciliteren.
- Je houdt van zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief.
- Je bent betrouwbaar en secuur.
Wat wij bieden
Een functie voor 4 uur per week op ZZP basis, met perspectief op het uitbreiden van de uren in de toekomst. We bieden je de mogelijkheid om mee te groeien in een jonge ambitieuze organisatie. We bieden een marktconforme vergoeding afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
We zoeken iemand die zich voor langere tijd aan de Vasim Circus Space wil verbinden. Het is niet erg als je nog niet veel ervaring hebt met productontwikkeling of programma, maar wel bereid bent te leren en te ontwikkelen. Coordinator Supply & Product Development (EN)
Vasim Circus Space in Nijmegen is looking for a Coordinator Supply & Product Development Freelance 4 hours p/w (with possibility for future expansion).
We are looking for someone with a heart for the Vasim Circus Space, who knows the Vasim Circus Space and would like to contribute to its further development into a professional and sustainable organization. You do this by developing offerings and products and coordinating the volunteers who contribute to this. You think along about the different products of the Vasim Circus Space and how they can be put on the market. You set targets for the desired reach and work together with the communication team and partners of the Vasim Circus Space in reaching the right target group. You take care of active acquisition and good customer contact. You guarantee the quality of the products through a clear structure and clear communication.
Do you want to make circus known to companies, schools or social work? Do you want to create inspiring products? Can you work with the right partners and appeal to the right customers? Can you involve the community in developing these products? Do you see where there are opportunities in the market for the Vasim Circus Space and do you know how to seize them?
The role:
- You develop stimulating and inspiring products with circus in the lead role.
- You direct a group of volunteers to organize the developed products.
- You get information from the community and from partners in developing the products.
- You set targets for the desired reach of the Vasim Circus Space products.
- You cooperate with the Administration and Communication Coordinator in customer loyalty and financial settlement.
- You make decisions independently.
- You incorporate customer feedback to improve the products.
Your skills/qualities:
- You are committed to the Vasim Circus Space and want to commit to this role for an extended period of time.
- You have a sense of product development and customer loyalty. You understand how product development can contribute to a healthy organization.
- You are a leader in the development of offerings and products and see where opportunities lie.
- You understand how to organize workflows to make processes easier.
- You are good at overview, planning and completion.
- You get energy from enthusing and facilitating volunteers.
- You like to work independently and take initiative.
- You are reliable and meticulous.

We are looking for someone who wants to commit to the Vasim Circus Space for a longer period of time. It does not matter if you do not yet have much experience with product development or program, but are willing to learn and develop. We will organize support, coaching or training as needed.
